Which pink do you like
Among the 1,000+ cherry blossom spots listed in the app, only nine are forecast to produce the breathtakingly vibrant pink blooms. This variety, known as the Kawazu cherry, starts flowering as early as January. It blooms earlier than the pale-pink Somei Yoshino and has a longer flowering period, allowing its beauty to be enjoyed for a longer time.

To find these hidden gems, look for the town of Kawazu at the tip of the Izu Peninsula, located south of Mount Fuji toward the Pacific coast. Blessed with natural hot springs, the entire town transforms into a stunning sea of pink during the cherry blossom season.

What is “Sakura Navi“?
This is a calendar for cherry blossom viewing season (March to May).
There will be markers on the forecast dates of flowering and full bloom for your registered MY SPOT.

A notification will be sent when you are near a Cherry Blossom SPOT.
Notifications will not be sent when the growing status is “Fresh green leaves.”
